Terms & Conditions – Bimba’s Doggy Salon

1. General
These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by Bimba’s Doggy Salon, located at Oostzaanstraat 44, 1013 WN Amsterdam. By booking an appointment, you agree to these terms.

2. Appointments & Cancellations

• Appointments must be booked in advance.

• Please arrive on time. Delays of more than 15 minutes may result in cancellation or rescheduling.

• Cancellations should be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged in full.

3. Pet Health & Safety

• Owners must inform us of any health issues, allergies, injuries, or behavioral concerns.

• Aggressive dogs may not be accepted.

4. Liability

• While every care is taken, grooming is done at the owner’s risk.

• Bimba’s Doggy Salon is not responsible for pre-existing conditions or reactions that occur due to grooming (such as skin irritations, matting-related issues, or stress-related behavior).

5. Payment

• Payment is due at the end of each appointment unless otherwise agreed.

• Prices may vary depending on coat condition, size, and behavior of the dog.

6. Changes
Bimba’s Doggy Salon reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
