A gentle first step to build trust and lifelong happy grooming. We gently introduce puppies to the grooming experience, helping them feel safe, happy, and cared for from the start. A calm and positive session for pups under 6 months, including a soft brush, light bath, gentle drying, and a small trim if needed. All focused on comfort, praise, and positive first impressions. This first visit helps your puppy build trust, confidence, and a happy association with grooming for life. 💚
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & No-Show Policy: Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. You can do so via WhatsApp, email or phone. For no-shows, appointments where the client does not arrive and does not contact us, will be charged 100% of the service price. Future bookings will require full payment in advance. By requesting a booking you confirm that you have read and agree to this policy.
