When your puppy arrives, we do not rush. For the first 10 minutes, they simply explore. They walk around, sniff, discover new smells, and enjoy a few little cookies. We speak softly, move gently, and let them feel safe.

These first positive memories shape how your puppy will feel about grooming in the future. We want them to think: “This place is fun. I feel good here.”

Gentle Shampoo for a Healthy Puppy Coat

For our puppy bath, we use IV San Bernard Orange Shampoo.

The bath is warm, calm, and gentle. We move slowly, speak softly, and make sure your puppy feels safe every step of the way. It is not just about getting clean. It is about building trust.

First Dryer Experience for Calm Puppies

Some dogs are scared of dryers. That is why the first contact with drying is handled with extra care.

We use our special spa drying cabin on a very soft setting, creating a warm and relaxing airflow. The goal is simple. We want your puppy to feel calm and comfortable, not overwhelmed.

This gentle introduction helps prevent fear later in life.

The Puppy Groom

Once your puppy feels settled, we begin their light puppy groom:

• Careful nail trimming

• Removing excess hair under the paws to improve grip

• Trimming around the eyes if they have longer hair

Everything is done slowly and patiently. We watch body language closely and always respect your puppy’s comfort.

After the groom, the fun continues. Your puppy can play a little more and enjoy some extra snacks. We always end on a positive note.
